Cardio-metabolic disorders include cardiovascular diseases, such as heart failure and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), and metabolic diseases, such as type 2 diabetes. They represent some of the most serious health challenges of the 21st century.<\/p>\n<p>Advancements in cardio-metabolic research can make an impactful difference for patients, and there\u2019s still much more work to be done.
